Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock availability.

Payments

We accept payments via Stripe, Razorpay and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999.

Returns & refunds

Unused, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
